Ariston Realty was formed in 1988 to service and bridge the real estate needs of the downtown business community with that of the rest of the GTA. Originally employing a small staff of downtown professionals to service the high-end retail and office sectors of the downtown core, we were located in the heart of Yorkville in the commercial tower of The Park Hyatt (formerly the Park Plaza) at the corner of Bloor Street West and Avenue Road.  

From 1991 to 1994 the existing partnership joined Ariston Realty to expand the full service format to include expertise in Land, Retail, Development, Industrial, Investments, Management and Consulting services. During the nineties the company was responsible for the assembly of hundreds of Acres in Vaughan and York regions (including present day Woodbridge) and many retail plaza strip centres in the GTA and Southern Ontario cities. To handle the increased real estate business, property management and investing performed for our overseas investors here in North America, we increased our office space in the Park Hyatt Commercial Tower.

More recently we have moved from our Park Hyatt offices to larger renovated offices in The Kingsway/Bloor West Village area. Still conveniently on the subway line, our move was based on providing convenience, better exposure and easy access for parking, highways and service to our clients, institutions and general public.

Brampton, Ontario is a city in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario, Canada. It is the seat of the Peel Regional Municipality. As of May 2006, Brampton's population stood at approximately 435,000, and it is estimated that by the year 2031, the city population will have grown to almost 700,000 people. As one of Canada's fastest growing municipalities, the city has found it difficult to cope with its unprecendented growth, in terms of the provision of adequate infrastructure. It celebrated its sesquicentennial anniversary in 2003, marking 150 years since its incorporation as a village in 1853, taking its name from the rural village in Cambridgeshire, England. There are several cultural entities in the city under the umbrella of the Brampton Arts Council. These include Visual Arts Brampton and the Brampton Symphony Orchestra. Also in the city is the Peel Heritage Complex, which is run by the Region of Peel. The city is home to Canadian Forces Army Reserve unit The Lorne Scots (Peel, Dufferin and Halton Regiment). The City of Brampton Citizens Award honours Long Term Service in volunteerism, Sports Achievement, and Arts Acclaim, the later two "designed to identify Brampton residents whose achievements have been recognized at the Provincial, National or International level".
