Ariston Realty was formed in 1988 to service and bridge the real estate needs of the downtown business community with that of the rest of the GTA. Originally employing a small staff of downtown professionals to service the high-end retail and office sectors of the downtown core, we were located in the heart of Yorkville in the commercial tower of The Park Hyatt (formerly the Park Plaza) at the corner of Bloor Street West and Avenue Road.  

From 1991 to 1994 the existing partnership joined Ariston Realty to expand the full service format to include expertise in Land, Retail, Development, Industrial, Investments, Management and Consulting services. During the nineties the company was responsible for the assembly of hundreds of Acres in Vaughan and York regions (including present day Woodbridge) and many retail plaza strip centres in the GTA and Southern Ontario cities. To handle the increased real estate business, property management and investing performed for our overseas investors here in North America, we increased our office space in the Park Hyatt Commercial Tower.

More recently we have moved from our Park Hyatt offices to larger renovated offices in The Kingsway/Bloor West Village area. Still conveniently on the subway line, our move was based on providing convenience, better exposure and easy access for parking, highways and service to our clients, institutions and general public.

King (2001 population 18,533) is a township in York Region north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. King is part of the Greater Toronto Area. The Township of King is located half-way between Toronto and Barrie, stretching from Bathurst Street to just east of Highway 50. King is approximately 40 minutes north of Toronto Pearson International Airport and accessible by Highways 400, 27, 9 and 11. King features some of the most picturesque countryside in Ontario. The rolling hills of the Oak Ridges Moraine are King's most prominent geographical features. The Holland Marsh, considered to be Ontario's "vegetable basket," is also located in King Township. King is also known for its prestigious horse farms and cattle farms. While King Township is predominantly rural, the communities of King City, Nobleton, and Schomberg are where most of King's residents are concentrated.
